House or domestic signs are mostly engraved timbers. These can be made from selection of timbers for exterior or interior use
Other materials can be Stainless Steel, Printed ceramic tiles, Acrylic, Weathertex.
Office signs are typically engraved or printed acrylics. Most typical are brushed metal, in gold or silver. Engraving can be combined with colour printing.
Colour printing is used mainly for logo and promotional images. These are usually finished in a raised gloss to highlight the image. Inks are cured with UV light to produce tough light fast finish.
Door sign plates are typically slid into a supplied aluminium track. Thus as room use changes you can either relocate plate to another door, or replace the plate with a new one.
Other means of fixing are Adhesive, Velcro, 3M Command mounts, ( Command mounts allow easy relocation, or removal, and leaves no mark on wall or door following removal )
