Orders which are custom engraved and or printed:-
- Layout is emailed to you as a pdf file for approval prior to any production.
- Once you have approved the work, and your payment is received, engraving is carried out, and sent to your advised Delivery address.
Please check any spelling and layout detail before approving your work.
- Most orders shipment will be 4-10 days from your payment, and confirmation of order approval.
Delivery times vary depending on complexity and steps in producing your order.
- All shipments are advised by email . You can also login to your account to check your order status.
Shipping: Options for shipping and costs are shown at time of checkout based on delivery and goods ordered.
You can choose from options available at your nominated delivery. Estimated carrier times are also shown.
Australian Delivery General Postage is sent as registered post for any order over A$30.00
Payment Options at checkout
- You can pay via Credit Card using X Payments, Pay Pal or Square Up
- You can nominate to pay by transfer of payment to our Bank account.
- You can submit order for PROOF and pay later where you are not sure or amendments may be required. Payment request after final adjustments.
- You can advise payment will be sent by Cheque in the mail processing
will start on receipt of payment.
